Refunds & Returns

By default, Mind Bend Apparel only offers reprints or replacements for faulty orders. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided.

Mind Bend Apparel only offers replacements for lost orders or faulty products.

Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Mind Bend Apparel is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You alone are in charge of providing the correct information about the order.

In order to help our customers decide on the correct sizes for their orders, we have added size guides to all our products. Our size guides included measurements in both inches and centimetres. Before placing an order, you are advised to check the size guides and verify if you have added the correct product variant to your cart.

If you have an issue with your order, you have to contact us directly and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost for you.

If you received a different item than you ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement. Contact our customer care team with all the information required via our widget on the bottom right of our website.
